Sailing back home,
Sailing back to my mother,
I’m tired of being a slave,
I know she won’t kick me out.
The pain is too much,
The city isn’t a city anymore,
A city is more of a cell,
With the hand to mouth system.
No one cares for another,
We all prisoners,
Everyone in a hurry,
To get the little of the day.
The government is hungry too,
This time more than a tiger,
Their tax is too high,
And their promise never come.
Life here is another thing,
I’m sailing back home,
I’m sailing back to my mother,
I know she won’t kick me out.
