The Supreme Divinity created the Earth beautiful and wonderful, but Man carved his own “misfortune” by going against HIS will, nowadays Suicide is the cause of man’s death. According to the Dictionary; Suicide means “Intentional killing of Oneself“ it comes from the inner thoughts of someone/somebody who feels the Earth is no longer safe, or secure for him/her to exist. When man capability or capacity to resist misfortune fails, “Committing Suicide“ comes from his/her deeper thoughts of feelings, Or when it response in finding a lasting impression fails, he/she thinks “ Suicide is the fastest means “
Can we say Depression and Suicide are like brothers ?
Yes they are, staying alone all time, thinking alone without interacting with people. According to the Dictionary “ Depression; In psychotherapy and psychiatry, a state of mind producing serious, long-term lowering of enjoyment of life or inability to visualize a happy future “. Man feel depressed when h/her mind is being troubled “ in this time h/she feel discomfort and believe it’s over “. Human mind is very fragile “ easily broken or destroyed “ when his heart is being troubled, his state of bliss, and excitement changed to something else.
How can we do it ?
We can kill the dreaded disease wailing in our heart often. Depression is like a dreaded disease, that silently creeps into our deeper thoughts when we’re down or troubled. Many people do believe Depression can be killed, by nor eating, drinking or talking to people. NO, doing this someone/somebody in the state of this unhealthy emergency “ Depression “ is moving down to h/her grave. We can kill the unhealthy emergency in our heart, by doing the following:

2. Reaching out to People
3. Believing much in Oneself
4. Relaxation and Refreshments
